Bring your horse, set up camp, and ride directly onto Waterton Lakes National Park trails from our Alberta ranch.
Rocking Heart Ranch offers horse boarding and camping with direct trail access to Waterton’s world-class riding country. Board your horse on-site in one of our single, double, or triple outdoor “horse hotel” pens, set up camp, and explore Waterton’s backcountry trails without ever loading the trailer twice. For those not wanting to camp, book your stay in town and sleep well knowing that your horses are safe and secure. Ride and Relax guests also enjoy free access to our indoor arena, outdoor trail course, wash bays, and other amenities. When riding off the ranch, guests must check, and follow, the rules of Waterton Lakes National Park.

SINGLE PENS
Fits one horse. 13 available. Minimum size: 15′ x 30.’

Free, on-site camping included with all reservations. No hook ups/power.

Horse amenities
Access to wash bay, indoor riding arena, outdoor trail course, and all Waterton trails accessible from the ranch: Wishbone Trail, Horseshoe Basin, Bellevue, and Vimmy.

Rides – equine insurance required (AEF). Horses – UTD vaccines. Bring your own hay (“self-board”).

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made more than 36 hours prior to arrival will not incur a charge (except for large group bookings, which may be subject to separate terms). For cancellations made within 36 hours of arrival, the first night’s stay will be charged.
