What to Expect

Join us for a two-day trail clinic with Kade Mills Horsemanship, designed to help riders and horses gain confidence, connection, and control both in the arena and out on the trail. You’ll learn:

  • Exercises and drills that you can take home and continue to work with to help you and your horse advance.
  • Positive learning environment where questions are encouraged and answered.
  • Expert advice for all stages of horses/riders and for a variety of challenges you may face. From first ride to veterans, he has knowledge that will benefit all.

Day 1 (Saturday):
We’ll begin the morning indoors focusing on body control and building practical tools to help you problem-solve and communicate more effectively with your horse. The afternoon will transition to an outdoor trail ride where you’ll apply those skills in a real-world setting.

Day 2 (Sunday):
Enjoy a full day on the trail putting your new knowledge into practice with Kade’s guidance — refining control, confidence, and partnership along the way.
Whether you’re looking to strengthen your horsemanship foundation or prepare your horse for new trail challenges, this clinic offers a perfect balance of learning and adventure in a supportive environment.

Testimonial:

“I truly enjoy having Kade come down to the ranch to give clinics. He meets the rider and horse where they are at and helps you learn ways to improve to get to where you want to go. We ride green three year olds in his clinics right up to experienced ranch horses and he adapts to what we need. He will change how he teaches and communicates based on your needs and makes sure you learn in a positive environment. There is a reason he is a return clinician every year to our place.” – Melody Garner-Skiba
